3D flexible welding workbench

The 3D flexible welding workbench is a workbench used for welding large wall panel parts on aircraft, supporting and clamping the parts; Addressing the shortcomings of previous welding workbenches, such as manual lifting, high labor intensity for operators, low efficiency and precision in lifting and moving, long preparation time, and low workbench efficiency.

The structural composition of the 3D flexible welding workbench:

The flexible welding worktable consists of a table body, a pedestal, a hydraulic cylinder, a cylinder seat, a worm, a worm wheel, and a worktable. The table body is conical, with a lower end taper of 90 degrees. The lower end is connected to the pedestal through a shaft, and one end of the hydraulic cylinder is connected to the cylinder seat through a shaft, while the other end is connected to the lower end of the table body through a shaft. The table body is fixed with a worm, which is connected to the worktable, and the operating handle is connected to the worm wheel. The flexible welding workbench is fixed at any position within 90 degrees in the vertical direction and 360 degrees in the horizontal direction along with the workbench for easy operation and welding quality.

1. Modularization: All components are classified, standardized, and serialized to match each other. By selecting fewer modules, various positioning and clamping functions can be achieved.

2. Flexibility: With various assembly methods, users can achieve almost the same positioning and clamping functions as any fixture as long as they fully unleash their imagination. Easy assembly and disassembly; The workbench can be assembled and combined according to the shape and size of the workpiece. The design of the scale and module size on the table allows operators to build the required tooling based on the workpiece size without using measuring tools.

The D16 or D28 circular holes matched every 50 or 100mm on the workbench and various functional modules, with a tolerance of less than 0.02mm for the spacing between any holes, will be reflected in the products processed by the user. So, some users also use this workbench as a benchmark platform for measuring tools.

4. Design: Many of the functional modules are products, such as the pin bolts used for module connections and the elastic fixtures with compensation designed to prevent workpiece displacement during clamping.

5. Three dimensional design: The columns and right angle blocks in the module can be used for splicing into three-dimensional space, facilitating the production of various three-dimensional components.
