Technical requirements for standard T-slot platform

① The working surface of the T-shaped groove platform shall not have defects such as sand holes, air holes, cracks, shrinkage, scratches, dents, rust spots, etc. that seriously affect the appearance and use.

② The surface of the T-shaped groove platform should be sanded and smooth, and painted firmly.

③ On the working surface of the T-shaped groove platform with an accuracy level of 0-3, sand holes with a diameter less than 15mm are allowed to be blocked with the same material, and their hardness should be lower than that of the surrounding materials. The number of sand holes blocked in the working face should not exceed 4, and the spacing between sand holes should not be less than 80mm.

④ The T-shaped groove platform should be made of fine grey cast iron or alloy materials, and its working surface hardness should reach 170-220HB.

⑤ The T-shaped groove platform working surface should usually adopt scraping technology. The maximum allowable surface roughness Ra for the working surface of the 3-level T-shaped groove platform processed by scraping is 5um.

⑥ The scraping process should undergo color matching inspection. The ratio of the contact point area displayed after research is specified in Table 3, or the number of contact points in a 25mm x 25mm square area is specified in Table 3, and the number of contact points in any 25mm x 25mm area should not exceed 5 points.
