The size of the flat or inclined iron can be selected according to the weight of the equipment. Diagonal iron and inclined pad iron usage method: Diagonal pad iron is generally used in pairs. First, place a flat pad iron on the concrete foundation, and then cross the two inclined pad iron pieces on top of the flat pad iron. When adjusting, use a hammer to strike the two pad iron pieces, and use the slope of the inclined pad iron to raise or lower the equipment to achieve the purpose of adjusting the level. After adjusting the level, spot weld the inclined pad iron to the equipment base to make the pad iron stable and secure. *Afterwards, pour concrete to keep the equipment in good horizontal condition during operation, reducing machine wear and reducing the cost of replacing equipment components.

The main use of inclined iron is for horizontal and parallel adjustment of various equipment, so that the equipment does not vibrate or tilt during operation, and the machine runs well, reducing machine wear and equipment; The characteristics are: simple and convenient to use, mostly manufactured according to the needs of users, designed with inclined iron drawings according to the actual equipment base requirements, and then processed and manufactured according to the drawings.
