Ground anchor

The anchor is mainly used for adjusting the level of large assembly platforms, large floor slabs, large assembly platforms, etc., so that multiple platforms can be adjusted into one flatness, which is easier to adjust than shims, convenient, and not easy to change. Mainly used for assembly platforms, riveting and welding platforms, welding platforms, and splicing platforms with large areas, we can adjust the accuracy at any time with anchor bolts. The fatal disadvantage of ordinary adjustment bolts is that once the platform accuracy deviates, it cannot be used for secondary adjustment. The advantages are as follows:

1. The anchor is subjected to high pressure;

2. Anchors have a small damage area on the platform surface. The original adjustment bolt has a large surface damage area on the platform;

3. It is particularly convenient to adjust the up and down pressure of the anchor;

4. Anchors can be adjusted multiple times because the frequency of platform use is relatively high, and the accuracy of the platform itself will definitely decrease. In this case, we can use anchors to adjust the accuracy at any time. The fatal disadvantage of ordinary adjustment bolts is that once the accuracy of the platform deviates, it cannot be used for secondary adjustment;

5. Use a ground anchor as an adjustment tool, and once the platform needs to be repositioned, it can be moved away at any time.

The anchor can adjust the platform to accurate precision, achieving satisfactory flatness in both horizontal and vertical directions, allowing the demand side to test various workpieces on the cast iron platform to achieve the desired effect.

Installation method of anchor:

1、 Loosen all the nuts of the anchor.

2、 Lift the cast iron platform with a crane and insert the anchor bolt into the reserved anchor hole on the cast iron plate, then tighten the anchor nut.

3、 Place the anchor in the middle of the pit and slowly insert the cast iron base plate and anchor into the pit.

4、 After the cast iron platform is raised to a certain height, the orientation of the anchor holes on the platform is filled with grouting material into the anchor pit. It takes about 48 hours to wait because the effect can only be achieved when the cement dries completely, in order to achieve the expected accuracy of the iron floor.

5、 After adjusting the precision of the spliced cast iron platform, the precision should be checked six months later, and if there are any errors, it should be debugged again. Check and debug once a year in the future.
