T-shaped groove ground rail

The solution is to improve the material and strengthen the laying density.

The use of ground rails is flexible and convenient, and the position can be adjusted according to the support points of the equipment, which is conducive to the operation of the equipment. When encountering large mechanical equipment, several or more ground rails can be spliced together as a load-bearing platform. Ground rails are commonly used equipment in construction. It can be assembled into a large platform at any time, saving costs and occupying very little space.

A ground plan is something that is laid on the ground and usually has the following laying requirements:

1. The method of fixing the trajectory is to fix it with M8 iron expansion nails or shooting nails at the required distance (about 500-700mm) on the inner two ends of the trajectory. The bottom of the track should have a tight contact with the ground, without any virtual gaps, to avoid twisting and deformation of the track after being loaded. The burial of the ground rail should be equal to or slightly higher than the above ground decorative layer by 3-5mm

2. After the ground rail device is installed, the horizontal error within a length of 1m should not exceed 1mm, the total length should not exceed 2mm, the horizontal error between the corresponding points of the trajectory should not exceed 1mm, and the parallelism error between every two trajectories should be less than 2mm.

3. The burial of the ground rail should be equal to or slightly higher than the above ground decorative layer by 3-5mm.
