During the use of a large vertical lathe worktable, various reasons often cause damage to the upper and lower guide rail surfaces, resulting in unstable oil pressure, no floating, and overheating of the oil temperature, and the machine tool cannot operate normally. Large vertical lathes are usually equipped with circular flat guide rails. Once there is a scratch, it will cause damage to the entire contact surface, which will directly affect the accuracy of the machine tool and cause errors in the geometric dimensions of the workpiece if not done in a timely manner. In production practice, we have developed a set of repair plans to solve the problem of research injuries.

The large vertical lathe workbench is embedded with zinc, aluminum, and steel guide rail plates, and pressure oil (0.2-0.4MPA) is introduced between the guide rails to improve their load-bearing capacity. The main shaft of the vertical lathe worktable is equipped with a one-way thrust ball bearing and a double row short cylindrical roller bearing to ensure the rotational accuracy of the main shaft.

The large vertical lathe worktable castings have undergone strict manual aging and vibration aging to improve the rigidity and stability of the double column vertical lathe machine.

The large vertical lathe worktable adopts ultrasonic quenching technology, which prolongs the service life of the double column vertical lathe machine.

The large vertical lathe worktable can be equipped with either 16 level horizontal axis speed regulation or variable frequency stepless speed regulation. The left and right knife frames can be equipped with either AC 18 level speed regulation feed or stepless speed regulation feed.
