Deviation inspection device

The deflection inspection instrument is a detection type instrument that integrates straightness, parallelism, and perpendicularity into three lines after improving the manufacturing process of mechanical sliding tables. It is made of tool steel and has a long service life. There are two operation methods for the deflection inspection instrument: one is to use a wrench to press and move the workpiece to the back to clamp it for inspection, and the other is to install a handwheel at the back to lock the workpiece with a lock after it is pushed up, and use a dial gauge or micrometer to check the accuracy of the workpiece.

This instrument is mainly used to detect the radial, circular, and end face circular runout of shaft and disk parts. The product design is novel, beautiful, and easy to operate.

The deflection inspection instrument is made of cast iron, and the blank is subjected to two rounds of tempering (aging treatment) to increase the stress of the casting, preventing the product from deforming during use and causing accuracy errors beyond the specified range. After being processed by a gantry planer and a guide rail grinder, the castings are manually scraped to achieve the specified accuracy. Then, the guide rail groove box and guide rail seat of the tailstock are ground and scraped to control the straightness within ≤ 0.005, vertical accuracy ≤ 0.003, and parallel accuracy ≤ 0.01. The deflectometer uses a conical Mohs 2 or 6 surface.
