Hebei Fengquan Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is located in Botou City, Hebei Province, with convenient transportation and a good location. It is engaged in casting; A company engaged in machining and machine tool manufacturing. Laifengquan Machinery has always been dedicated to the manufacturing of heavy equipment, striving to become one of the solution providers for large cast iron measuring tools, granite measuring tools, large machine tools, and mechanical manufacturing solutions
Casting It is the process of melting metal into a liquid that meets certain requirements and pouring it into a mold. After cooling, solidification, and cleaning, obtain castings (parts or blanks) with predetermined shapes, sizes, and properties.
The cost of producing billets through casting is low, and for parts with complex shapes, especially those with complex internal cavities, it can demonstrate its economic efficiency; Simultaneously possessing broad adaptability and excellent comprehensive mechanical performance. Casting is an early metal heat treatment technology mastered by humans, with a history of about 6000 years.
There are many types of castings, including ordinary sand castings, including raw sand, dry sand, and chemically hardened sand; Castings can be divided into special castings with mineral sand and gravel as the main molding materials (such as precision castings, clay castings, foundry shell castings, negative pressure castings, solid castings, ceramic castings, etc.) and castings with metal as the main mold material (such as metal mold casting, pressure casting, continuous casting, low-pressure casting, centrifugal casting, etc.).
The casting process usually includes: ① Preparation of molds (containers for making solid castings from liquid metal). Molds can be divided into sand, metal, ceramics, clay, graphite, etc. according to the materials used, and can be divided into one batch according to the quantity of use. The main factors affecting the quality of castings are the quality, semi nature, and properties of the castings. ② The melting and pouring of casting metals. Casting metals (casting alloys) mainly include cast iron, cast steel, and non-ferrous alloys. ③ Casting processing inspection includes foreign objects on the core and casting surface, tilting risers, burrs and hanging joints, as well as heat treatment, rust prevention and rough machining.
Forging is a processing method that uses forging machinery to apply pressure to metal blanks to produce plastic deformation, in order to obtain forgings with certain mechanical properties, shapes, and sizes.
Through forging, the cast state of metal and welding holes can be loosened, and the mechanical properties of forged parts are usually better than those of castings of the same material. For mechanical important parts with high loads and harsh working conditions, forgings are mostly used in addition to simple shapes, profiles, or welded parts that can be rolled.
According to the forming method, forging can be divided into: ① Open forging (free forging). The use of impact or pressure to deform the metal between the upper and lower anvils (anvils) to obtain the desired forging is mainly achieved through manual forging and mechanical forging. ② Sealed forging. Metal blanks are compressed and deformed in shaped forging dies to obtain forgings, which can be divided into forging, cold head, rotary forging, and extrusion. According to the deformation temperature, forging can be divided into hot forging (processing temperature higher than the recrystallization temperature of the billet), warm forging (below the recrystallization temperature), and cold forging (at room temperature).
The forging materials are mainly carbon steel and alloy steel of various compositions, followed by aluminum, magnesium, titanium, copper and their alloys. The original state of materials includes bars, ingots, metal powders, and liquid metals. The ratio of the cross-sectional area of the metal before deformation to the cross-sectional area of the mold after deformation is called the forging ratio. The correct selection of forging ratio is closely related to improving product quality and reducing costs.
Regardless of the process, using X-ray technology for non-destructive testing during or after the manufacturing process of the workpiece can effectively address quality issues. Rilian Technology is a domestic manufacturer of X-ray imaging testing equipment, which has launched multiple offline, online, 2D or CT equipment for industrial non-destructive testing. While meeting the non-destructive testing needs in the market, it continuously improves the application capabilities of X-ray technology and is widely praised in the industry.
