The difference between marble and Jinan green

The stone material used to make the marble platform is "Jinan Qing", but due to the progress of mining, the stone material became increasingly scarce, so the mountain was closed in the later stage. At present, only some manufacturers and material factories in Jinan have a small amount of materials in stock, and the demand for marble platforms is huge. It is not realistic to continue using "Jinan Qing", so everyone is looking for alternative stone materials. Research has shown that both Zhangqiu and Zhangqiu materials can replace Jinan Qing, so these two types of stone materials are used for the later production of marble platforms. Jinan green, Zhangqiu material, and Fujian material have similar properties, but there are also some differences. For example, the density of Jinan green is 3.0-3.3, while the density of Zhangqiu material and Fujian material can only reach around 2.8.

So how to distinguish Jinan green from ordinary stone materials? At first glance, Jinan green has a gray blue color with spotted patterns, while Zhangqiu and Fujian materials are both black gray; Looking at the brightness, Jinan green has a higher brightness than ordinary stone. Basically, the marble platforms currently sold by manufacturers are made of Zhangqiu and Fujian materials, while Jinan Qing requires specialized customization.

Marble platforms are easy to maintain and have a long service life, so they are favored by a large number of users. Jinan green, Zhangqiu materials, Fujian materials, etc. can all be used to make marble platforms, but the price of each type of stone will vary.
