The working surface of the cast iron bending plate adopts scraping and grinding technology, which is used to inspect the 90 ° angle of the workpiece, check the mutual perpendicularity of the relevant surfaces of the parts during equipment maintenance, and is also commonly used for marking lines by fitters, inspection of parts, and clamping in mechanical processing. When using, the bending plate should be installed and debugged, and then the working surface of the bending plate should be wiped clean. After confirming that there are no problems, the bending plate can be used.

Bending board usage:

Bending plates, casting bending plates, cast iron bending plates, and inspection bending plates are used for inspection, installation, and vertical plane inspection of machine tools, and can check the perpendicularity of workpieces on flat plates. They are suitable for mechanical and instrument inspection and inspection of non perpendicularity between machine tools. Execution standard: GB7-62

Bending board introduction: Please note that bending boards should not be used or stored in damp, corrosive, high or low temperature environments. When using bending boards, they should be installed and debugged, and then the working surface of the bending board should be wiped clean. After confirming that there are no problems, use the bending board.
