The method for proper maintenance of cast iron platform plates:

1. In order to prevent deformation of the cast iron flat plate, four steel wire ropes of the same length should be used to simultaneously hang the four lifting holes on the cast iron flat plate during lifting, and the cast iron flat plate should be smoothly lifted onto the transport vehicle. 2. When installing the cast iron platform, the support should be supported at the main pivot point. When supporting, try to adjust the working surface of the cast iron platform to a horizontal plane and pad it flat. Each support point should be evenly stressed, and the entire cast iron plate should be stable.

3. When installing the cast iron flat plate, the various support points of the cast iron flat plate should be padded and compacted with adjusting shims, and the technical personnel should adjust the cast iron flat plate to the qualified accuracy.

4. When using a cast iron flat plate, the workpiece should be handled gently and rough workpieces should not be moved on the cast iron flat plate to avoid damage to the working surface of the cast iron flat plate, such as bumps and scratches, which may affect accuracy.

5. After our inspection or marking work is completed, the workpiece should be lifted down and not placed on a cast iron flat plate for a long time. This will easily deform.

6. After use, the working surface of the tablet should be wiped clean in a timely manner, and then a layer of rust proof oil should be applied. If not in use for a long time, it is recommended to apply a layer of butter and lay a layer of rust proof paper on top. It is strictly prohibited to drop water on the cast iron platform with a wooden cover.

7. Cast iron plates should be installed in a ventilated and dry environment, away from heat sources, corrosive gases, and corrosive liquids.

8. The cast iron platform needs to undergo regular inspections, and the inspection cycle depends on its frequency of use, usually 1 year.
